Ratatouille Classic French/Italian dish of roasted eggplant and zucchini and then stewed with tomatoes and oregano.
Wild Rice Pilaf Nutty Jasmine rice with wild rice, mushrooms, parsley and spinach.
Persian Rice Saffron is the ruling flavor in this dish. Because of the special technique used, half the rice is yellow and the rest is white. Some of the grains get toasted and crunchy during cooking and are very tasty.
Roasted Garlic Potatoes Very low in fat; cubed potatoes roasted in light oil with garlic and spices.
